The Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation Spotlight Tribute
A tribute to the developers of Image Guided Therapy (GTx)
On February 15th, 2007, supporters of The Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation
will gather at the Four Seasons Toronto for The Princess Margaret Hospital
Foundation Spotlight on GTx, a gala evening in honour of Dr. David
Jaffray, Head of Radiation Physics, and Dr. Jonathan Irish, Chief of the
Department of Surgical Oncology, at Princess Margaret
Hospital, Canada’s leading cancer research centre.
Dr. Jaffray and
Dr. Irish are currently collaborating with a team of research staff and
specialists at PMH to realize the full potential of Image
Guided Therapy (GTx), a new technology that promises to save lives,
shorten recovery times and revolutionize cancer treatment in Canada and around
the world.
